SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER – Secaucus, NJ or Sun Valley, CA
- Provide expert advice on Rose Brand products to insure a successful experience for the customer.
- Offer design suggestions and providing quotations for custom drapery, rigging and scenic projects.
- Manage customer service issues such as order tracking, returns and general inquiries.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments including production, engineering, sewing, shipping, and finance to insure all aspects
of an order progress successfully.
- Grow the list of satisfied repeat customers.
