Rose Brand Inc. Acquires Swag Décor, A Florida Event & Venue Décor Company

Rose Brand acquires Swag Décor of Orlando, FL to establish a local market presence for event and venue décor services. Rose Brand Executive VP Josh Jacobstein says, “We’re exceptionally pleased to combine forces with Swag Décor, the Florida market leader in providing décor design, décor products and setup services for social and corporate events. This represents a significant opportunity for us given the growth of the Florida market and the expansion of our service offerings for this geography.”
