Tracey Cosgrove Joins Rose Brand as Director of Special Projects

Tracey Cosgrove, a veteran in the entertainment industry, recently joined Rose Brand as the Director of Special Projects. Her focus will be to lead developing, planning and executing strategic projects identified by the executive management. She brings with her experience in almost all areas of the business. “We are thrilled to have her, she is a keeper and a winner,” said Rose Brand President, George Jacobstein.
Cosgrove began her career at Rosco Laboratories Inc. where she worked for more than 20 years. She started as a product manager at the Stamford, CT office, where she developed over 12 new products, including the DigiComp System products. In 2006, she became the Director of Customer Care and was responsible for restructuring four customer service centers leading to the nomination for Customer Service Excellence in the Entertainment industry. In 2012, she took on the role of Director of Operations for North America and in 2016 became the Senior Director of Product Development. Tracey also serves as secretary on the ESTA Board of Directors.
