Add Texture and Dimension to Any Design

Precision Cut Fabric offers new design possibilities for Fabric Backdrops, Scenic Elements, Tent Liners and Ceiling Covers. Precision Cut Fabrics take light beautifully, adding contrast, dimensionality and texture to any setting. Choose from our library of designs or design your own for a custom look. Computer controlled cutting produces finished cut pieces based on CAD or vector drawings.

Precision Cut Fabric is offered in a wide range of synthetics including our Sheer, Silk, Textured and other lines. Seamless single panels in sizes up to 6’ x 25’ can be seamed together to create any size desired. We also offer marking capability for placement of sewing marks, part numbers, etc. Contact us early in your design process.

Custom Patterns

Custom Precision Cut patterns are driven by the designer’s vision. The look of the final product is wide open to your imagination. Virtually any silhouette can be used to create a precision cut design. A CAD or vector drawing of the design is required.

Stock Patterns - Foliage

Need foliage borders for your show, but worry about where to start? We assist with the design stage, making it easy to get the look you want. This collaborative process turns your idea for a foliage portal or borders and legs into reality. Start by giving us basic information about the size and shape - a drawing or rough sketch with dimensions always helps. Describe how the piece is being used and the density or openness you would like.

Then, select one of our standard leaf styles and we will get started creating your custom pieces. Rose Brand will make a drawing and send you a PDF to review for approval or adjustment. In many cases we can help you create a design that is self supporting without the need for netting. Once you are satisfied with the results we can cut and assemble your Custom Foliage pieces.
