2Way Track is a medium duty system designed for walk along use such as side masking curtains, perimeter tracks in studios, acoustic curtains or any other application where walk along operation is required. The aluminum construction of this track makes it light and easy to handle. The dimensions of 2Way track are 1 3/8” wide x 1 5/16” high, making this a compact profile for tight places.
The lower part of the track contains a channel that accepts wheeled carriers that have either plain or ball raced bearings. Both types of carrier are 7/8” wide for calculating stacking distances. The leading carrier is 2 5/8” wide and this can be fitted with an overlap arm if required.
The upper channel accepts an 8mm threaded tee nut which is used to suspend the track using one of the standard or strut type brackets or studding. There are 2 ‘L’ shaped slots in the side of the track for attaching the track flush to a soffit or ceiling with ceiling clips.
At the bottom corners of the extrusion are 2 keyhole slots that accept roll pins to align the running surfaces when the track sections are joined. Each joint set comprises of a flat plate with four set screws that fit into the top slot with 2 roll pins.
2-Way can be rolled to any radius, the minimum being 2’ 5”, Rose Brand stocks lengths of 20’ with a black anodized finish.
