Rose Brand collaboration yields a gold dusted, fairytale confection for Feld Entertainment.
Collaborating with designer Stanley Meyer, Rose Brand’s sewing department delivered the rough sewn Oyster IFR Voile and Regal Purple Crushed Velvet drapery to Scenic Art Studios in Cornwall, NY. Scenic Art Studios has a reputation for artistic excellence, and is considered to be one the premier scenic shops for custom painting treatments.
The drapery was “dusted” with a solution of glitter and RoBo Glue and then gold custom stencils were applied. The rough, artistically painted goods were returned to Rose Brand’s large east coast custom sewing department where Mr. Meyer was able to work with Rose Brand’s team to finalize the drapery. Swag placement, decorative 6” bullion fringe and the placement of the final ring lines were facilitated by Rose Brand’s ability to fly the drape to the correct height helping the creative process along.
